Quick answer
A 7-day Manali–Kasol–Jibhi backpacking trip runs Delhi to Delhi by overnight Volvo, so it needs only about five days of leave. It covers Old Manali and Solang, the Atal Tunnel, Kasol and Tosh, and Jibhi with the Jalori Pass hike. It costs from ₹17,500 per person; March to June and September to December are best.
Trip Overview
Himachal's three favourite valleys in one week. You roll into Old Manali after an overnight Volvo, drive through the 9 km Atal Tunnel to Sissu, walk the Parvati valley from Kasol to Tosh and Chalal, then settle into Jibhi's forests and the 5 km walk from Jalori Pass to Serolsar Lake.
It is built for friends and solo travellers: shared hostels or hotels, a Tempo Traveller for every transfer, free evenings, and optional paragliding or the Kheerganga trek. Groups of eight or more travel with a trip captain, and women-only dates run when there is enough interest.
