Quick answer
A 6-day Madhya Pradesh tour covers Orchha (1 night), Khajuraho (2) and Bandhavgarh (2), with three jeep safaris for tigers and guided visits to the UNESCO Khajuraho temples. It costs from ₹38,500 per person. October to June is the season, and tiger sightings peak from March to June.
Trip Overview
Central India's greatest hits: Orchha's Jahangir Mahal and Betwa river chhatris, Khajuraho's Chandela temples with their famous sculpture, and Bandhavgarh, a tiger reserve with one of India's highest densities of Bengal tigers.
Three safaris over two days give you a strong chance of a sighting, though tigers are never guaranteed. Safari permits open months ahead and sell out, so we book them as soon as you confirm. Winter mornings are cold; lodges provide blankets.
